The 2024 Canadian Drone Racing Nationals (aka Nats), will take place in Sorel-Tracy, Quebec, Canada, at the MAAC Club d'aéromodélisme Escadron du Richelieu.

The nearest airport to the venue is Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL), located 108 kilometers away. The drive from the airport to the venue takes approximately one hour in light traffic.

 

RACE TRACK

The race track will be composed of MultiGP Champ size gates, flags and other special elements. The same track will be flown by the Open Class and 7-inch Spec, with slight variations.

The official track is now live on Velocidrone. Just search for "2024 Canadian Drone Racing Nationals" – no download required. Designed by Joey Camirand, Ryan Walker and Travis Dailey.

The top 3 fastest consecutive lap times from the 2024 MultiGP Summer Global Qualifier will be used to seed pilots into Sport or Pro class, but this is not a requirement. All participants registered in the Open Class are guaranteed the opportunity to race in either the Sport or Pro class.

Day 1: Friday, Aug 30

10 AM - 10 PM

  • 10AM: Pilot Registration

  • 2PM: Practice (Open Class)

  • 8PM: Practice (7in Spec)

Day 2: SATURDAY, Aug 31

8 AM - 11 PM

  • 9AM: Qualifications (Open Class)

  • 5PM: Qualifications (7in Spec)

  • 8PM: 7in Spec Mains

Day 3: SUNDAY, SEP 1

8 AM - 6 PM

  • 9AM: Sport Mains

  • 2PM: Pro Mains
